I am a dedicated, intelligent sales person and have spent my working career in sales and recruitment in Cornwall. I have become very knowledgeable in most areas of recruitment in Cornwall in addition to developing a strong ability to develop business and close sales. Having held several branch manager roles in Cornwall I am also experienced in staff management. I am keen to take on a new challenge in recruitment in Cornwall. My main responsibilities in this challenging role include establishing relationships with Cornwall companies, as well as businesses further afield, maintaining a great working knowledge of jobs in Cornwall and recruitment in Cornwall and ensuring the smooth running of my branch through effective management of the team. Our key focus is Cornwall recruitment which I feel that I have aided by ensuring that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to dramatically increase our Cornwall business as well as business as a whole. My best achievement has been to create a relationship with Cornwall County Council / North Cornwall District Council. We were able to fill these public sector jobs very efficiently.
